mike t - First time home buyers here: After 7 plus years, we wanted to get out of renting but weren't sure how to accomplish that. We contacted Cheryll to help us through this journey. We asked LOTS of questions along the way, but she made the process so easy to understand; we feel like pros now! Her recommendations were spot on. We put a bid on one home and we used an inspector that she recommended and let me tell you, he saved us from moving into a moldy money pit that needs to be condemned. After that fell through we decided to go an unconventional route, a manufactured home on a couple acres of land. After deciding to try something different, we had difficulty finding a lender who had knowledge about manufactured homes on land, but Cheryll went above and beyond to find us the right lender for what we needed and negotiated a great deal!
